Please confirm the photo location and time with your coach or team manager.

If your team has provided us your roster, parents do not need to be present for the photoshoot. Players arrive at the photo location and check in with TSVP Staff.

No filling out forms or pre purchasing of packages necessary!

TSVP offers convenient online proofing. Choose the photos you want to purchase!

You will receive a link via email & text when your photos are ready for viewing.

Links will be sent out generally within 5 days after the photoshoot.

If everyone else has received their photo link and you haven’t, no worries!

Contact Us and we will fix it asap.

We offer 2 styles of portrait photos. Please ask your coach or manager which one your team has decided on. It does not affect your preparation for photos.

1. On Location Photos (Rink, field, court, etc.)

   • Must be photographed during practice time, team cannot practice

2. Portraits with Virtual Backdrop (Choose from custom backgrounds later)

   • Photographed prior to practice

We offer 2 styles of team photos.

1. Traditional Group Photo

   • Must be photographed during practice time, takes about 10 minutes

2. Composite Team Photo

   • We composite individual player and coach photos together

• Ensure you’re in full uniform that matches the rest of the team

• If your sport uses a helmet, bring your helmet to the shoot but do not put it on until asked so your hair stays done

Each player will be asked to do 3-5 poses. Our photographers will direct the posing, but players may request specific poses & celebrations!

We can take sibling, father/son, friend and group photos up to 3-4 people on virtual backdrop and any size group on location.

Group shots are dependant on remaining available time for the photo shoot.

If we are photographing multiple teams from your association, you may come on another available day.

You may also purchase a $30 credit towards a package and get your photos done in our studio.

If your makeup day is close to the photo day, we can still insert you into the team photo.
