All team photo schedules are in the dropdown menu below. This is an assigned window that all players can arrive within anytime during that window.
If you cannot make your scheduled photo day or time, you may show up at any time during the 4 day time windows listed below regardless if it’s before or after your team photo day. Save time checking in by booking a fill-in time by clicking this link only if you cannot make your team time.
Day 1 - Mon, Nov. 16 - 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Day 2 - Wed, Nov. 18 - 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Day 3 - Sat, Nov. 21 - 7am - 12pm
Day 4 - Sun, Nov. 22 - 11am - 5:10pm
All coaches & players that want to be included in the team photo must get their photo taken. Your association values their sponsorships; attendance for team photos is appreciated. Please Contact Us with any questions.

Both players and coaches need to take their photo to be included in the team photo.
Your team photo is done as a digital composite to ensure everyone who cannot attend the team photoshoot has an opportunity to be in the team photo.
It is important to the Association that all players and coaches get their photo taken to be a part of the yearbook and sponsor photos.

Kinsmen Rink - Top Floor Coaches Room
(Signs will be posted for direction)Skates are not required for the photos, please get dressed in your practice dressing room and head to the Kinsmen coaches room for photos. Goalies can put their pads on in the photo room.
Check in with TSVP staff. You will be given a name card to hand to the photographer when it’s your turn.

Wear full uniform - NO skates, NO helmet
BRING your stick & gloves
Goalies can put their pads on in the photo area to make walking easier
If neck guards are bulky, you don’t need to wear them
Travel teams ensure you’re wearing the same jersey as the rest of your team
Get dressed in your assigned practice room and head over to the photo location

If you can’t make your team photo time or the make-up date; you may book a fill-in-time during any of the league photos days.
You do not need to wait until after your scheduled team shoot, you can get your photos taken prior to your team’s schedule date/time.

Each player will be asked to do 3-4 poses. Our photographers will direct the posing, but players may request specific poses & celebrations!
We can take sibling, father/son, friend and group photos up to 3-4 people.

You will receive a link via email & text when your photos are ready for viewing.
Links will be sent out all at the same time approximately 5 days after the final league makeup day.
If everyone else has received their photo link and you haven’t, no worries!
