With strong technical skating at high speeds and a quick, accurate release, Joshua is dangerous in the offensive zone while still committed to playing a full 200-foot game.

Off the ice, Joshua brings the same work ethic to his academics and training. He has been recognized as Athlete of the Year, Honour Roll, DSBN Scholar, and MVP of his high school varsity team, while also serving as an assistant captain during three years in the GTHL. With Niagara North, he earned MVP honors at the prestigious Silver Stick Tournament in Detroit. Coaches and teachers describe him as well-mannered, positive, and easy to work with — a leader both in the classroom and in the locker room. He wants to run his own businesses someday. Outside of hockey, Joshua enjoys golf, time at the gym with teammates, and exploring the outdoors with his family.

Joshua’s commitment shows in his off-season training at LTS with Paul Ferri. This summer he added 14 pounds of muscle and posted standout numbers: a 185-pound bench press, a 335-pound belt squat, a 53 cm vertical jump, and a 261 cm broad jump. That strength and athleticism drive his playmaking, physical presence, and scoring touch.

With proven success at elite showcases, including the Draft Day Prospects event in Toronto and an invite to the OHF Camp of Excellence, Joshua continues to sharpen his game and prepare for the next level.
