Lucas’ vision and quick decisions under pressure allow him to move the puck efficiently and spark offense. While defense is his foundation, his speed and confidence let him jump into the rush and add another layer of attack from the blue line.

Off the ice, Lucas is just as driven. An Honours student with a 90% average, he’s earned the Citizenship Award and Male Athlete of the Year for his balance of academics and athletics. He’s also excelled in badminton, basketball, and roller hockey — where he represented Team Ontario and won a Canadian Championship.

With high hockey IQ, mobility, and relentless work ethic, Lucas is a shutdown defender who tilts the game in his team’s favor. Focused and ambitious, he continues to push himself every day with one clear goal: earning his place in the NHL and competing at the sport’s highest level.
