Standing 5’6” and weighing 134 pounds, Mete always competes hard in the corners, battles for puck possession, and screens the goalie to create scoring chances. Coaches note Mete’s unselfish play and team-first mentality, while he leads by example both on and off the ice. Mete is hardworking and dedicated, known for his positive attitude, and maintains an impressive 91% academic average. Last season, Mete was named Offensive Player of the Year, led Tri-County in goals for both the regular season and playoffs, and helped his team to an OMHA finals run.
