Away from the rink, Jackson enjoys cooking his favorite foods and trying new recipes. He also plays triple A baseball, with 2 provincial titles and an MVP award to his name. In the gym, Jackson works hard, squatting 155 pounds and benching 95, always building strength to bring to his game.
