A strong 200-foot player, Elijah is relentless on the back check and dependable in tight areas, breaking up plays with ease. His speed is smooth, powerful, and efficient, always positioning him two steps ahead of the puck.

Off the ice, Elijah brings the same passion and drive. A Male Athlete of the Year awardee, he’s recognized as a dedicated leader who is respectful, coachable, and competitive. He enjoys weight training, golf, fishing, and time with family and friends. Elijah has also given back to the game through volunteer work at the Golden Horseshoe Hockey Camp and local charity wellness events. His career goals are clear β€” pursuing professional hockey while also developing as an elite-level coach or trainer.

Elijah trains off ice with Dave Pow and has worked on ice under respected coaches like Marko Ferlez, Ryan Berard and Riley Sheahan further sharpening his skillset and hockey IQ. With his speed, vision, and relentless drive, Elijah Handrahan is a center built to make an impact.
