Days & Times
You have TWO opportunites to get your player’s photo taken:
Saturday, July 5, 7:30am - 11:30am
Sunday, July 12, 7:30am - 11:30am
You do NOT need to book anything! Just show up before, during or after your practice session.
*All other age groups U7 - U16 are team times booked through coaches.

Photo Location
Photos will take place inside the United Clubhouse, you will see our TSVP banner and table setup outside. There will be lineups, but we move quickly :)

What if Cannot Attend Either Day?

Weather
Photos are taken indoors, but if weather is inclement, we will cancel and add another day due to low attendance.

How it Works
Every player AND coach is photographed individually and then composited together to create your team photo. Any player or coach that does not attend the team scheduled time will not be a part of the team photo.

Check In
You will be greeted by TSVP staff, provide your player’s information and line up for your player’s photos. At this time, you will be able to make any purchases via cash or credit/debit onsite.

Photography
When it’s time for the player’s photos, your player will be asked to do 3 different poses:
1. Standard Portrait – Stand tall and smile 😊
2. Sports Pose – Any chosen pose reflective of the sport, you may use a prop
3. Power Pose – A big + fun presence pose, arms folded, flexible, intense facial expression, arms out, etc., you may use a prop. Google “Athlete Power Pose” for more examples.
*The more your player prepares for their poses, the better your photos will be!

Group and Sibling Photos
Friends and siblings may get together for photos! Time permitting, the photos will be put on one player’s gallery and may be shared.

Can I proof my photos before purchasing?
Yes! New to 2025 you will receive a link via email and text to view your photos and purchase packages. You may select from several poses, packages and custom backgrounds!
*FOR SIBLINGS - Please note that you can load multiple galleries to purchase together and only pay shipping once, however you can NOT split packages between siblings.

Delivery of Purchases
Also new to 2025, your photos will be shipped directly to your door! Shipping is charged for photo print purchases, but not charged for digital purchases.

Delivery Times
We strive to have the best delivery times in the industry. You will receive your link to view the photos within 2-3 weeks of taking your photos. When you order, your photos will arrive at your address with 2 weeks, digital downloads are delivered instantly!

No Obligation
There is no obligation to purchase photos. There is no charge to take your player’s photo, so please get your photo taken even if you don’t plan on purchasing, so your child can be included in the team photo. Photo purchases are not included in your United registration fee.

Taxes + Refunds
All purchases are subject to applicable taxes. Refunds are issued at the discretion of TSVP and may not include associated credit card fees.
